On March 1, 2012 the Inter-University Center for Terrorism Studies (IUCTS) held a panel discussion at the International Law Institute (ILI) about the turmoil in Syria and the possible implications of Bashar al-Assad’s ouster for Syrian citizens, the Middle East, and the international community. Prof. Yonah Alexander moderated the seminar, which featured panelists BGen David Reist, Issam Michael Saliba, and Claude Salhani. Prof. Don Wallace, Jr., Chairman of the ILI, introduced the topic and gave opening remarks.
